Although turnaround times are not guaranteed, we pride ourselves on getting your submissions completed and shipped within the turnaround time window.

Before you start a submission create
an account with us. It's quick and easy!
Complete your checkout to fully submit your order. Then download the card list PDF and fill it out to let us know which cards are in the box.
Now that you have an account, choose your tier; Core, Pro, Max or PC (Personal Collection).
It’s important to pack your cards securely so that they reach us safely. Place each card in a penny sleeve and a semi rigid holder. Place the cards and a copy of your invoice and card list in a sturdy box. Once this is complete it's ready to ship!

Frequently Asked Questions
What type of cards do you accept?
We currently accept ALL types of Sports Cards, Pokemon, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic The Gathering, Other TCG's, and all sorts of other types of cards as long as they are standard size.
What type of cards do you NOT accept?
We do not accept any oversized cards or anything thicker than about 50pt width. So no patch cards, relics etc.
How do the shipping charges work?
The shipping charge you see on your order covers the cost of shipping your submission back to you once it has been completed. You are responsible for shipping/costs to get your order to our office.
How do turnaround times work?
Turnaround times are business days only excluding weekends & holidays and begin once your order is confirmed received at our office via email.
How will I know when Electric receives my submission?
When Electric receives and checks in your shipment of cards, you will receive an email confirming receipt.
How do I ship my cards to you?
You'll want to slide your cards individually into a protective penny sleeve and then into a rigid or semi-rigid card saver. Use a box or sturdy packaging and ship with a carrier of your choice.
Where do I find the Card List PDF?
You can locate the printable Card List PDF on the Checkout/Cart page or the How To Submit page.
Am I able to look up the authentication of my cards?
Yes! Each slab is encapsulated with a hologram sticker on the back of the label. That sticker has an authentication number on it which you can use to look up the details on your card thru our Authentic Code Look Up page.
What is the difference between label options?
"Core" is a solid white label. "Pro" is a card matched design on the label. "Max" is a one of a kind graphic label.
What is the PC option?
The PC option is for your Personal Collection. These cards are NOT graded, but encapsulated with one of a kind graphic labels. Perfect for your favorite cards that are maybe too beat up to be graded or a type of custom card you have that fits that size requirements.
Do you accept bulk submissions?
We do! We have a BULK option to check out with. It must be a minimum of 25+ cards to qualify as a bulk order. Bulk submissions are graded/authenticated and slabbed with one of a kind graphic labels.
What is the VIP Membership?
Our VIP Members receive an exclusive discount code to use and receive 10% off all of their subs (including on top of deals). It's a yearly membership for only $25.
Do you have an expedited option?
Yes! We have our "Electric Option" which is just $25 per card with one of a kind graphic labels completed and shipped within 5 business days.
